Screen Commissions raise the awareness of their area and promote the spectacular, diverse and film friendly locations that we have here in the UK. They help to make our regions a serious choice for film makers and encourage and support inward investment.

Film and television production and all its support services are vital to the financial well being of many areas. In particular, the benefits through tourism of a long running tv series or feature film to a region can be enormous.

The Guild of Location Managers supports the strengthening of the UK's production infrastructure and the promotion of UK talent and product to the rest of the World.
